Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and without blemishes. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@overrip.com with your order number or tracking number. Our dedicated customer service representatives will guide you through the return/exchange process. 

Return and exchange shipping is paid for by the customer (excluding certain circumstances: receiving the wrong item, item arrived damaged, etc.). Printing return/exchange shipping labels as well as delivering the returned order to the post office is the responsibility of the customer. After speaking with our customer service representatives about starting a return/exchange, they will provide you with the return address.

Please clearly state your name on the package so we can process your return/exchange as quickly and accurately as possible. 

There is NO additional return processing fee besides paying for shipping. Please note: the average return shipping cost within the USA is $4-$8, while international return shipping cost can range from $8-$20.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Concealed damage allows for the discovery of loss or damage up to 5 days after final delivery. The loss is deemed to have possibly occurred during transit. Discovery of loss or damage occurring 6 days or later after final delivery is deemed to have occurred while the shipment was NOT in transit, and therefore, is not eligible for return or exchange. This policy is put in place to prevent abuse of our refund policy.

 

Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered to the provided address, but you have not received it, please be aware that our policy does not permit refunds in such instances. We recommend reaching out directly to the courier to inquire about the package's delivery status.

 

Wrong Address

Please note that we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If an incorrect address results in an unsuccessful delivery and return of your package, you will be subject to a restocking fee of $15 USD and the remainder of your order value will be refunded.  Please note, it may take 7-60 days for the order to return to our warehouse (depending on the address), and we will be unable to process your refund until we receive it. If the package is successfully delivered to the address provided, refunds will not be accepted. 

What to do if you input the wrong address:

  1. Email us as soon as possible and include the correct address. We may be able to catch your package before it is shipped out if you email us within the first 12-24 hours. We cannot guarantee we will be able to fix the address if the package has already left or is in the process of leaving our warehouse.
  2. Contact the shipping provider to see if you can change the delivery address before the package is delivered to the final destination.
  3. If the package is delivered and nearby, you could visit the address and ask if they received your package on accident.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, or personal discount codes exceeding 50% off. 


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@overrip.com.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Theft

Please make sure to check your porch, mailbox, or delivery area when your package arrives, in the case of theft after delivery it is not our responsibility to provide refunds, reshipments, or store credit. If theft occurs before delivery or we receive carrier confirmation of stolen goods, please contact us to receive a refund or reshipment. This policy is put in place to prevent abuse of our refund policy.

 

Other Things To Know:

Please make sure that the item(s) to be returned or exchanged are unwashed, unworn with original tags, and free of any blemishes or it will be rejected and not processed due to it being in unsellable condition

Any items returned that are not sold by our company or not in original condition will be donated and the return/exchange will not be processed

We monitor return and exchange activity and reserve the right to refuse return ability and can charge fees for any unusual or abusive/excessive behavior with returns and exchanges

We reserve the right to reject returns/exchanges if they do not comply with our return policy

We do NOT refund original shipping charges when your order was first placed
